Freddie Mac reports that mortgage rates inched a bit higher to 6.88% from 6.82% for the week ending April 11 due to persist inflationary pressure. Nonetheless, home sellers are pushing ahead with the number of newly listed homes up 30.1% from 1 year ago according to Realtor.com. Consequently, buyers will have more choices and opportunities.
